Security and Options:
The JCPenney associate kiosk is secured by entering the data. The employee should be very careful about guarding their employee data as it logs the user into the system. Once they are able to log in, then they can change anything that they need to change. If there is a specific time that the employee wishes to work, then they can simply enter that data and they are finished. Log out and the transaction is complete. This can be very handy for employees that have a vacation request to make.
The Future:
The manner in which the JCPenney employee kiosk is able to make transactions, that traditionally required an employee, means that the future will likely continue to grow. They are efficient and moderately secure and they offer assistance to the employees of Jcpennys.
